Attorney
Laura Ambagtsheer-Pakarinen carries on the work of her father, VT Jukka Pakarinen, at Perhe ja Perintö J. Pakarinen Oy, which has served clients since 1999. She specialises in family and inheritance law and international tax planning, a combination of expertise that is rare among Finnish lawyers.
Laura’s particular strength is cross-border inheritance and gift tax matters. She completed advanced studies in international tax law in the Netherlands, and holds both the ADIT and DITT qualifications in international tax.
Laura serves clients in Finnish, Swedish and English. The firm also works with clients remotely, so location is no barrier.
Legal Notary
Jenna Jokinen is the firm’s legal notary, handling client enquiries, appointments and document preparation. She is the first person you will hear from when you contact the firm.
Jenna ensures that every client interaction is smooth and that matters progress efficiently from start to finish. She is fluent in Finnish and Swedish.
The firm
Perhe ja Perintö J. Pakarinen Oy is intentionally small: you will always deal directly with a specialist. Our office is in Helsinki on Korkeavuorenkatu, but we serve clients throughout Finland, and internationally via video.
Since the firm was founded, the focus has been on understanding the client’s full situation. A legal document is only part of the picture. We want to make sure our clients make well-informed decisions about their family’s future.
